Advertising Information

Established 1942, BANKERS DIGEST^(R) is the independent weekly magazine devoted to bank news in the South and Southwest.

Its purpose is to report timely and comprehensive news of banks and bankers of particular interest in the states of Arkansas, Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

Edited for upper level bank executives and directors, the magazine repors changes, new bank and branch applications and charter changes, bank association meetings, building plans, personnel, and related financial industry news.

Special features include Legal Phases of Banking, Regulatory Updates, concise articles of current interest written experts in each field and an extensive Classified advertising section.

Issues and Closing Dates
Published on Mondays. Closing date for space reservation is 14 days prior to publication. Closing date for camera-ready material (print-ready .pdf preferred) is 12 days prior to publication.

Cancellation Date
Cancellation date is 14 days prior to publication. Cancellations of and changes in insertion orders will not be accepted after the closing date.

Rate Policy
All contract advertisers are rate protected for twelve months. Individual insertions not under contract are billable at prevailing rates. Advertising will be billed according to frequency specified in contract. If fewer insertions are used, advertiser will be short-rated. If lower rate earned due to greater number of insertions, advertiser will be rebated.

Production Changes
Assistance with advertising production is available upon request. Any additional typesetting and artwork charges, e.g. ad layout and/or other services, will be billed to the advertiser and are not commissionable.

Agency Commission
15% of gross billing allowed to recognized advertising agencies on space, provided payment made within 30 days of invoice.

Liability
Advertiser and advertising agency assume full liability for all content of advertisements printed and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher. The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising which he feels is not in keeping with the publication's standards.

Materials will be returned to advertiser upon request. Unless otherwise specified, materials will be destroyed one year from date of last insertion.
