As you submit through the online process you will be submitting the Advertising Contract, the Credit Application and the Ad. You will need to have the ad in the following format:
Artwork and photographs should be sent in a high resolution portable document format (PDF) file, complete with fonts. File formats should be Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 or 7.0, Adobe Illustrator 8.0, Adobe Photoshop 6.0 (save as EPS or TIFF), Adobe InDesign 1.0, or Quark XPress 4.0.
The processing for an online submission is one week. In order to submit your ad online, you will need to be at least 21 days prior to publication.
