Charter Bank Appoints Haney to Board of Directors

April 27, 2022

Casey HaneyCorpus Christi-based Charter Bank has appointed Casey Haney to its board of directors. He has served the governor of Texas and members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate in roles ranging from senior advisor to chief of staff. He also served in executive roles at the Texas Railroad Commission, Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Haney earned both BA and MBA degrees from the University of Texas–Austin. He is a sixth-generation Texan, private pilot, licensed real estate agent and serves as a court-appointed special advocate for children.

Established in 1962, Charter Bank operates three branches in Corpus Christi and one in Rockport.
