With the completion of this transaction, Falcon Bank will have total assets exceeding $1.7 billion and 19 locations along the IH-35 corridor from Laredo to Austin, as well as along the U.S. and Mexico border from Brownsville to Del Rio. Falcon Bank also has banking representative offices in Monterrey and Guadalajara, Mexico.
