Segura Joins Dallas Capital Bank as Banking Center Manager

October 12, 2023

Rudy SeguraDallas Capital Bank recently announced the hiring of Rudy Segura to serve as vice president/banking center manager. He will oversee banking center staff and operations while developing current and prospective client relationships. Segura will report to Kristi Reynoso, director of operations.

Segura brings 25 years of banking experience to the new role, previously serving in similar roles within the Dallas market, including One World Bank, State Bank of Texas, American First National Bank and First International Bank. He holds consumer lending certification from the American Bankers Association.

“Rudy is skilled at building relationships with team members and clients alike, and his enthusiasm to cultivate these relationships in the community aligns with our commitment as a trusted banking partner,” Reynoso says.

Dallas Capital Bank was established in 1972.
