September 29, 2022

Yoakum-based Yoakum National Bank has announced the hiring of a new lender for its West Houston loan production office, as well as the promotion of a lender in Odessa.

Grayson RochelleGraydon Rochelle has been hired as vice president/commercial lending for the bank’s LPO in West Houston, responsible for generating and supporting both individual and commercial relationships in the area. Most recently Rochelle was a commercial loan officer with Guaranty Bank & Trust in Houston.

Rochelle holds a BSBA in finance, investments and insurance from the University of Arkansas. He enjoys engaging with his community as an active member of the Katy Economic Development Council and as the vice president of the Rotary Club of Katy.

She has spent much of her more than 25-year banking career in both the loan compliance and credit divisions. She will now be client-facing and have responsibilities for loan generation and maintaining client relationships in West Texas. Griffith graduated from the University of Texas–Permian Basin with a BBA degree in management.

“Griffith’s depth and breadth of experience in the lending sector, along with her deep connection to the Odessa community, make her new position an intuitive next step about which the Yoakum National Bank team is very excited,” the bank notes.
